Requirements for graduation must have been met before a student may walk on the podium. There are no exceptions. The first step in the procedure to graduation is to fill out the “Application for Graduation” form two semesters prior to graduation, i.e. tentative spring graduates must fill out the form during the fall semester. The form is found at the Registrar’s Office. With the academic advisor, the student should check out the program sheet of his major – fulfilled all admission requirements, will be able to complete all required credits for the degree by the expected graduation date, maintained the required Cumulative GPAs - and should attach copy of it it to the Application for Graduation form. Both graduation form and and program sheet should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
