Undergraduate Tuition Settlement Policy
To be eligible for Registration, students shall make the assigned down payment at the specified bank and also settle old accounts, if any.
Down Payment
- The Down Payment should be paid either online through epayment or in cash or through a certified check or bank transfer (payment details) at any Branch of Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut. (Schedule of payments dates).
For an undergraduate full-time student the down payment is LL 2,000,000.
For an undergraduate part-time student the down payment is LL 1,140,000.
- After paying the down payment the student proceed for registration as scheduled by the Registrar’s Office.
If the student fails to make the down payment on the specified dates, an extra fee of L.L100,000 will be charged on the tuition.
- Students with scholarships, Financial Aid or Sibling.
- Students receiving 75% or 100% scholarships need not go to the Bank for the down payment but may immediately proceed to their advisors for registration.
- Students who had Financial Aid, Scholarships or Sibling Grant have to settle a down payment of LL 1,500,000 instead of LL 2,000,000. If the application is accepted by the Financial Aid committee, the amount of the assigned deduction will be discounted from the remaining tuition fees.
Installment Schedule
A student should check his/her detailed Statement of Fees from the student information system (SIS) and then make the following payment at any Branch of Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut as shown in the schedule of payment dates.
Students who have paid the down payment for registration, but for personal reasons have decided not to join NDU, are entitled for a refund. The overpayment refund, will be processed at the Business Office.
Failure to abide by the deadlines set for the settlement of the three installments will result in the following:
- A fine of LL 25,000 for every delayed installment added on the tuition
- Denial of Transcripts of records.
In addition, failure to settle the account prior to Registration time for the next semester will result in:
- Denial of Grades.
- Denial of Transcripts of records.
- Denial of future registration.

To be eligible for Registration in the MBA-MIB program, the student should be cleared by the Business Office prior to any registration (October and February)
Down Payment
- The Down Payment should be paid either in cash or through a certified check or bank transfer (payment details) at any Branch of Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut. (Schedule of payments dates).
For a MBA-MIB graduate student the down payment is USD 2,000.
- After paying the down payment the student proceed for registration as scheduled by the MBA-MIB Graduate Division.
If the student fails to make the down payment on the specified dates, an extra fee of USD100 will be charged on the tuition.
Installment Schedule
A student should check his/her detailed Statement of Fees from the student information system (SIS) and then make the following payment at any Branch of Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut as shown in the schedule of payment dates.
The total tuition is divided into 13 equal installments of USD 850 due at the beginning of every month.
Failure to abide by the deadlines set for the settlement of the three installments will result in the following:
- A fine of USD100 for every delayed installment added to the following payment.
- Denial of Thesis Registration.
- Denial of Grades.
- Denial of Transcripts of records.
