After applying for the housing facility the student should pass by the Business Office to pay the deposit; and the 1st installment which amounts to 40% of the total fees. As for the returning residents they should settle the first payment during the first week, at Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut.
The 60% remaining shall be divided into 3 installments, paid during the tuition scheduled payment dates but separate from the tuition fees. If the student can not settle the scheduled installments on due dates, he/she should obtain a special authorization from the person in charge to access the facility; else, he/she will be denied to access the room.
The fees per semester per accommodation facility are as follows:
