Registration fees include conference materials (soft proceedings, bags, nametags, etc.), and social events (lunches, coffee breaks, and the gala dinner).
It is noteworthy to mention that registration is a pre-requisite to having your paper(s) included in the proceedings. The process consists of two steps: first, upload your final paper via the conference portal, taking into account any comments from the reviewers, if there are any; and second, fill out and submit your registration form. Your registration will be confirmed only when both steps are completed and the fees are received.
Please note that if you choose to pay by wire transfer, there will be additional fees that you need to consider. In this case, the NET registration amount must be received by the registration deadline in order for your registration to be valid.
