Excursions and Cultural Activities
The SAP includes several trips to cultural and historical sites in Beirut, Byblos, Tripoli, the Cedars, Baalbeck, and other cities and towns of Lebanon. Other trips may cover museums, theatres, festivals, and other places of touristic and cultural interest.

On-Site Orientation
The SAP starts with a comprehensive orientation session. SAP Students are introduced to program faculty, staff, and other involved participants. Discussion topics include practical advice about living in Lebanon, and the customs and cultures students are likely to encounter during their stay. The orientation also includes a tour of the campus and the surrounding neighborhood.
