Admission Requirements
Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit the following documents:

• Application form
  (downloaded from website www.ndu.edu.lb under Summer Arabic Program-Faculty of Humanities, and/or under Admissions).
• Official transcript of grades (if applicable).
• Arabic language teacher's recommendation (if applicable).
• Writing sample from the most recent Arabic course (if applicable).
• Non-refundable application fee of US$150 deduced from tuition (money order made payable to Notre Dame University, Lebanon).
• Application Deadline is June 18, 2010.

Program Fee
The fees for a five-week intensive course are  US$3260.
The breakdown of the fees is as follows:

• Full Tuition:  $1950 (payable upon arrival during registration dates: June 30 – July 1)
• Room (single room accommodations):  $1100   - Meal plan available upon request
• Transport To and from Airport:  $60 *Optional
• Medical Insurance:  $150 *Obligatory (covers on-campus incidents only). Supplementary insurance can be provided upon request.
• Optional Excursions:  $90 *Optional - Subject to change by travel agency (payable with tuition and non-refundable).

Rules and Regulations
- Age limit: 18 and over
- Conversation sessions are an integral part of the language and mandatory
- Class Absences: 1-3 absences will affect the final grade. More than 3 absences, students will not be eligible for their certificates nor transfer of credits (No refund is applied)
- Transfer of credits is available if approved by University in country of origin
- Students are encouraged to purchase travel insurance from their country of origin
- Students should inquire with their banks in their country of origin to avoid credit and debit cards’ issues (make sure they are valid in Lebanon)
