To reduce the expenses of the participants, all Conference Accommodation will be at NDU Guest House and its newly furnished extension, called Block A.

NDU Guest Housing(10 Single and 6 Double Rooms) and NDU Block A (36 Single and 10 Double Rooms):

Lodging is in quiet private buildings with studio apartments fitted for one or more occupants. Each studio apartment also includes a private bathroom, air‐conditioning/heating system, a refrigerator, and basic furniture. Both NDU Guest House and Block A offer:
- Bed linen and towels.
- House cleaning services.
- Custodial staff and Campus Security is present day/night.
- 24-hour electricity/generator.
- Free internet access day/night.
- Access to sports facilities.
- Access to common TV room.
- Common Kitchen.
- Laundry room.
- Certified nurse present on campus 24hrs.

- Room extension number can be used for incoming, outgoing (upon request) and internal calls.
