Dr. Labaki has taught several courses both at the graduate and undergraduate levels in different areas such as: constitutional law, administrative law, public administration, law and society, business law, public international law, the Middle East after World War I, the Middle East in Contemporary World., and international trade law.

Was the Director of the Division of International Affairs and Diplomacy at Notre Dame University, 1992-1994, as well as the Chairman of the Department of Management of International Affairs and Diplomacy, 1992- 1994.

Worked as a consultant in France, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Tunisia, Morocco and Niger. Upon the recommendations of the French president, he received the Medallion of the “Ordre National du Mérite”, which is one of the highest academic distinctions in France. He has received other distinctions such as the Silver Medal of John Paul II, and a Certificate of Appreciation of the Center for International Development and Conflict Management.

Attended several national and international conferences, meetings, seminars that earned him recognition. He holds a Certificate of completion of five intensive seminars on Public Management on Public management at the National School of Public Administration of the University of Quebec. As an expert in Lebanese Public Administration, Dr. Labaki gave the opening lecture on the teaching of public management in the National School of Administration &Development in Lebanon. He is listed in the Who’ Who in the USA, the Who’s Who in East Coast, and the Who’s Who in Lebanon.
