I am interested in the development of astronomy in Lebanon in all its aspects, from the amateur community to the development of research. In that regard, I am involved in a project on the search for a good site for a national observatory in Lebanon and a project on the long-term spectroscopic monitoring of Be and AGB stars. The second project is run in collaboration with amateurs through what we call the Observers Group.
