Dr Joyce Assaad received a B.S. in Pure Mathematics from the Lebanese University in 2006, then the Master’s degree and the Doctorate from the University of Bordeaux, France, in 2007 and 2010 respectively. She specialized in the area of analysis, working under the direction of Professor E. M. Ouhabaz in Functional Analysis and Harmonic Analysis. She was invited in 2011 by Professor J. Van Neerven to the University of Delft, The Netherlands, to work jointly on a project in Stochastic Analysis.
