Chady H. El Moucary is a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer and Communication Engineering at the North Lebanon Campus of the NDU-Louaize since Oct. 05. He obtained a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Paris XI and SUPELEC in 2000 financed by the French CNRS after his excellent results in the DEA.
Dr. El Moucary ranked first throughout the five-year program at the Faculty of Engineering (Lebanese University) and was awarded a scholarship to pursue a DEA in Paris from the AUPELF-UREF in 96. In May 02 he was awarded a first-time conferred written-honor upon the termination of his Military Service duties and having ranked first in the 3-month training. His academic background was also successful at the American University of Technology (Oct. 02 – Sept. 05) where he ranked first in the Computer Science and Computer Engineering Department upon Instructor Evaluation. Under his leadership as Acting Director, the AUT-North Campus documented an increase of 40% newly enrolled students.  At AUT Dr. El Moucary designed various academic policies while being the Academic Affairs Coordinator during 04-05.
