Before joining Notre Dame University- Louaize, Mrs. Frayha worked as External Auditor at the  “Lebanese Accounting Syndicate” where she gained an in-depth experience in the Lebanese Financial Institutions’ Accounting Practices. Then she accepted a position as Audit Manager at Saudi Lebanese Bank where her controlling position exposed her to the Lebanese bank’s financial and accounting functions.

Mrs. Frayha then accepted Accounting teaching position at the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese American University before accepting an offer as a full time accounting instructor at Notre Dame University where she initiated the Accounting Club, mixing extra curricular and academic activities to develop the leaders of tomorrow.

Her teaching excellence lead her to earn the Best Teaching Award at NDU and the ISO 9000-2000certificate for Quality Management  and earned her the title of “Quality Management Representative and Quality Management Auditor ”from CERTQUA of Germany.

Her connections with the leading Big Four Auditing Companies have helped positioning the Department of  Accounting, Finance , and Economics at NDU as top provider of prospective, qualified employees to the industry.
