Dr. Hassan Hamadi has been a full assistant professor of Finance at NDU since October 2005. He holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from University of Surrey- UK in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Surrey- UK in 2001 as well. Prior to joining NDU, he taught several courses in Accounting and Finance at University of Surrey (UK). Dr. Hamadi has also industrial experience he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in leading financial institutions before joining Surrey University. Moreover, Dr. Hamadi has a long term experience in Investment (Holding Personal Portfolio). Dr. Hamadi has been involving in research projects and consulting, his fields of research and consulting include Corporate Finance, Performance &Valuation, Privet Equity and Hedge Funds.
