Caroline Akhras is actively involved in the field of Organizational Networking, Personality, and Workforce Diversity in the arena of Global and Domestic Business Management. She teaches Negotiation and Communication in the Masters of Science in International Business which is a joint program with the Bordeaux Business School and the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Notre Dame University (NDU). Moreover, in the MBA program at NDU, she is currently teaching Contemporary Management and Personality Theory whereas, in the undergraduate courses, she both coordinates and teaches Organizational Behavior, International Business and Fundamentals of Management. For her, what is central, as an American teaching overseas, is that each class taught is a rich, dynamic, interactive teaching/learning session and that each student dealt with, as an educator, a thesis advisor, a management department advisor, or as a social club advisor, holds that she has done her utmost to serve her/him professionally. As such, she engages in ongoing research, in Lebanon, in Europe, in the Arab world and Asia, attending workshops, seminars, and conferences. Today, her research interests lie in two prime areas: electronic media in higher education and the impact of observation in training and development personnel.
