Program Educational Objectives

Today, corporations consider human resources management as a strategic partner in order to help them achieve a competitive advantage. Topics learned cover employee staffing as well as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and compensation and benefits administration, job analysis and design as well as labor-management relations.

 

Graduation Requirements

Students seeking the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management must complete a total of 106 credits with an overall average of at least 2.0/4.0 and a minimum average of 2.3/4.0 in the common core and major requirements. These 106 credits are divided into:
