E.g. Core premedical biology courses include BIO 211 (4 cr.) and BIO 212 (4 cr.).

Chemistry courses with laboratory: 15 credits (including 8 credits of organic chemistry).
E.g. Core premedical chemistry courses include CHM 211 (3 cr.), CHM 215 (4 cr.), CHM 221 (3 cr.), CHM 221 (3 cr.), and CHM 272 (2 cr.).

Physics courses with laboratory: 8 credits.
E.g. Two of the following physics courses: PHS 208 (3 cr.), PHS 209 (3 cr.), PHS 206 (3 cr.).
E.g. Two of the following physics labs: PHS 278 (1 cr.), PHS 279 (1 cr.), PHS 275 (1 cr.).

English communication: 6 credits.
Fulfilled by the LAC requirements of the university – Category I, subcategory A:
E.g. ENL 213 (3 cr.) and ENL 230 (3 cr.) or ENL 223 (3 cr.).

Social sciences courses: 6 credits.
Fulfilled by the LAC requirements of the university – Category V, subcategory B:
E.g. Core premedical requirements may include SOL 201 (3 cr.) and PSL 201 (3 cr.).
