Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) main campus is located in Zouk Mosbeh, a coastal area 15 km north of Beirut, Lebanon. Situated at an altitude of 100 m above sea level, the campus overlooks the beautiful bay of Jounieh, with an easy access to the economic and social life of a growing urban area. Theaters, elegant shops, coastal resorts, all lie within a short driving distance from the university. NDU is also a 10 min drive to Jeitta Grotto, a recreational show cave considered to be a very popular tourist attraction which hosts approximately 280,000 visitors per year and was a candidate for the New 7 Wonders of Nature competition. In the same area lies JEITA COUNTRY CLUB, a five star sports club and resort perfect for families. Also accessible are the Ouyoun Al Siman and Faqra winter touristic resorts.

The climate of Zouk Mosbeh is moderately cold from December to March and moderately hot from June to September. The Fall and Spring seasons are usually sunny and cool. On an average, there are 300 days of sunshine per year, a fact which allows for a variety of outdoor activities.
